They withheld that info, which makes them pretty reprehensible as a business. I’ve heard some terrible stories about State Farm insurance in California but now I got to experience it firsthand thanks a lot guys. I trusted you and your agents..

I had recently changed jobs and there was a weeks delay in me getting paid Chris Ferraro and his team failed and failed in a major way because all they said my policy canceled to get it reinstated. They did not tell me that if I didn’t get it reinstated by a certain date you could never be reinstated again and when I brought this up to them, they said I’m sorry we’ll make sure we mention this and you know our future dealings with other customers, I think that is probably the lowest of the low they could’ve said this at any time and they didn’t. That is reprehensible business behavior. ."
